In order to maintain the quality of our products and keep our customers happy we have implemented the following:

Product Safety and Recommendations: 

Our products are made of small beads that may be a choking hazard.  It is our reconmendation that our product not be used by children under the age of 3.  It is also our reconmendation that children be monitored while wearing our products. Turn Around Time: 

Turn around time varies from product to product.  We will always keep you informed on how long it will take to complete your handmade creation. If you need your product by a certain time it is important that you disclose this in your notes at checkout.  If you have any questions regarding turn around time prior to placing your order you can contact us at mamasandminisshop@gmail.com

Return Policy: 

Returns are accepted for 30 days after you receive your product.  No returns are available for custom products.  The customer is responsible for the shipping to return the product.  If a refund is required it will be issued once a shipping tracking number is provided for the return within the 30 day return window.  See below for our product guarantees regarding issues with your purchases.

 

Customization: 

We love making custom products!  While most products come in a standard color we would be happy to work with you on the customization of your order.  Keep in mind that this may come at an additional cost.  There are no returns or refunds available for custom orders.
